My professional background began in the 1980’s when I began my career as an apprentice electrician. In the late eighties, I was hired by The Austin Company where I served as the company’s construction yard superintendent. I transferred from the construction yard into the field where I trained as a field engineer. From the field, I was promoted to the main engineering offices to work as an electrical designer in the company’s engineering department. During my 8 year tenure with The Austin Company I was exposed to many facets of commercial design, engineering and construction.

I obtained my Professional Real Estate Inspector’s license (TREC #10171) after graduating from the Champions School of Real Estate. I passed my state exam in October of 2008 and have been practicing as a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector since. I am also, a member of and certified through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors – #NACHI19072243). Most recently I have received my Certified Master Inspector’s certification through the Master Inspector Certification Board.
